The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced the release of names of successful applicants who sat the November 2025 Online Computer-Based Test (CBT) for paramilitary recruitment. The board’s Secretary, retired Maj.-Gen. Abdulmalik Jibril, disclosed this in a statement on Saturday in Abuja, noting that shortlisted candidates for the 2024/2025 exercise would proceed to the physical screening and document verification stage.

Affected agencies include the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), and the CDCFIB itself. Jibril said successful applicants must access the board’s official recruitment portal between June 15 and 20, logging in with the application number generated during initial registration.

Shortlisted candidates are required to upload their credentials and select a preferred date and venue for physical screening. The board warned applicants against paying money to any individual or agent, stressing that the recruitment exercise remains entirely free. It also urged the public to disregard fake messages, fraudulent links, and unauthorised persons claiming to represent the board.

Jibril reaffirmed the board’s commitment to a transparent, credible, and merit-based process.
