The Africa Investment and Development Council of Africa (AiDCA) has officially announced the upcoming Africa Business and Investment Expo 2026, scheduled to take place on November 26 and 27, 2026, at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja, Nigeria.
Convened by Yaya of Africa and held in strategic partnership with Saudi Arabia, the expo is designed as a flagship platform to convert diplomatic goodwill into bankable transactions.
Refocusing the Agenda on Capital Deployment
The mission of AiDCA 2026 centers on moving beyond aid and traditional summits to focus directly on capital deployment across critical sectors: energy, infrastructure, industry, agriculture, technology, and sovereign wealth.
The initiative seeks to address decades during which international decisions about Africa were made without African leadership at the head of the table.

Yaya of Africa, serving as Convener, will lead the principal investor dialogue alongside Saudi Arabia’s most influential business leaders, family offices, and sovereign capital representatives.
Speaking on the strategic direction, the convener stated, “This is not representation for optics. This is leadership for outcomes.”
Recognizing Architects of Economic Progress
In tandem with the investment discussions, the event will feature the AiDCA Awards of Excellence 2026, honoring visionary African and Saudi leaders, institutions, and enterprises driving the region’s economic evolution.
Honorees will receive a comprehensive global positioning package rather than standard accolades.
The distribution package comprises:
Featured editorial profile on Bloomberg
Broadcast feature on CNN International
Digital and print coverage in Forbes
Exclusive interview on ARISE TV
Feature on the BRICS Media Network
Documentary and media amplification by Ayanda Media
Strategic communications and PR handled by Dotmount Communications

Elaborating on the purpose of the recognitions, the organization stated, “We are not giving plaques. We are giving platforms. We are placing African excellence and Saudi partnership on the world’s most watched business channels.”
