‎‎As the global financial world scans the horizon for updates on the Dangote Refinery IPO, poised to be Africa’s largest public offering and one of the most anticipated market moves globally, the man at the center of it all is stepping into a different kind of spotlight.

‎Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Chairman of Dangote Industries and Africa’s wealthiest industrialist, has officially confirmed he will join Ayanda “Yaya of Africa” Ngwane for an unscripted, high-stakes conversation in Cairo.

‎The sit-down marks a major milestone for Sharing with Ayanda. Over the years, the show has carved out a reputation as the premier platform for high-level dealmakers, specializing in intimate, hard-hitting interviews with global investors and visionaries dedicated to transforming the continent.

‎Positioned as the ultimate launchpad for continent-wide economic movement, Sharing with Ayanda has firmly established itself as the place of opportunities, where the real story of African trade and investment actually begins.

‎Beyond just starting conversations, the show actively tracks the follow-through, holding leaders accountable to the investments and partnerships sparked on set.

High-profile investors who have previously sat down on the platform, such as Henry Kaestner, who is already on the ground in Africa driving real-world ventures, have echoed this exact mission: “Africa’s growth isn’t built on promises made in boardroom meetings; it’s defined by what happens after the cameras stop rolling and the capital starts moving.”

‎‎Backed by a renewed partnership with Brand South Africa and the Global Entrepreneurship Forum (GEF), the platform is doubling down on raw, unfiltered dialogues with the figures driving the continent’s economic engine.

‎‎”I have been looking forward to this engagement,” Dangote noted, confirming his appearance. “I welcome a deeper conversation on Pan-Africanism, trade, investment, and the broader African agenda with Yaya of Africa.”

‎‎The announcement comes right on the heels of major momentum: just days ago, Dangote Refinery formally signed paperwork for its monumental IPO, drawing intense interest from institutional powerhouses worldwide. But while global markets race for a piece of the equity, Sharing with Ayanda is securing the strategic vision behind the builder.

‎‎”I’m blessed that ‘No’ is rarely the answer,” Ngwane said. “This is about African solutions, by Africans, for Africa.”

‎‎Recorded live in Egypt’s historic capital during GEF 2026, the upcoming special aims to tear down press-release pleasantries to dissect intra-African trade barriers, real-world investment flows, and the raw realities of economic leadership across the continent.

‎‎Set against the backdrop of the Global Entrepreneurship Forum (GEF 2026) in Cairo, Egypt, from November 6–8, 2026, this flagship session brings together Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Chairman of Dangote Industries, and host Ayanda Ngwane on Sharing with Ayanda, presented in strategic partnership with GEF and Brand South Africa.

‎Positioned as the premier gateway for African trade and capital, the dialogue will move beyond headline IPO numbers to tackle core themes of Pan-African investment, industrialization, high-impact dealmaking, and accountable long-term follow-through.
