From storytelling and strategy to finance, banking, and operations, five African innovators are creating a new model of wealth creation built around farmers, entrepreneurs, and shared prosperity.
For decades, Africa’s financial story has been shaped by a familiar challenge: millions of entrepreneurs and farmers with ideas, land, and ambition, but without access to affordable capital.

While traditional banking models have often measured success through interest, returns, and margins, a new African institution is advancing a different philosophy, one where capital is designed to cultivate opportunity, strengthen communities, and create shared prosperity.
Pan African Global Hub (PAGH) is emerging with an ambitious vision: to build a full-service commercial bank that provides interest-free capital, agricultural support, and market access to farmers and entrepreneurs across Africa and the Caribbean.
Currently in the process of securing its commercial banking license from the Central Bank of Namibia, PAGH is built around a simple but disruptive idea: the bank should grow when the farmer grows.
The mission responds to a major economic challenge. A significant number of African farmers remain excluded from formal financial systems, and those who access loans often face high interest rates that limit their ability to succeed. PAGH’s answer is a new ecosystem combining interest-free financing, technical support, agricultural infrastructure, and guaranteed offtake opportunities.
Behind this vision are five founders whose combined expertise represents the essential pillars of institution-building: storytelling, strategy, finance, banking, and execution.
Yaya of Africa: The Voice Behind the Vision
Known across Africa as Yaya of Africa, Ayanda Ngwane represents the storytelling power behind Pan African Global Hub.
She is a media entrepreneur, journalist, strategist, and founder of Ayanda Media Network, a platform built around African narratives, diplomacy, trade, and development. As Managing Editor at Neptune Prime, host of Sharing with Ayanda on Yaya TV, and Forbes Media Partner, she has spent years connecting African voices with global audiences.

But Yaya’s influence goes beyond media.
She understands that every transformation begins with a story. Through her networks across business, government, and communities, she has helped create conversations that lead to partnerships, opportunities, and action.
As Co-Founder and Chief Media Strategist of PAGH, she brought together the visionaries behind the institution and helped attract the relationships that continue to move the mission forward.
Her philosophy remains:
“Story is our currency. Healing is our harvest.”
For Yaya, Africa’s future must not only be built, it must be told.
Raphael Tasie Chijioke: The Architect of Growth and Partnerships
Every ambitious institution requires structure, and that responsibility falls on Raphael Tasie Chijioke.
An African business leader, investment strategist, and banking executive, Raphael brings decades of experience across finance, real estate, and enterprise development.

His banking career includes leadership roles at Fidelity Bank, Sterling Bank, Keystone Bank, and Wema Bank, where he developed expertise in commercial banking, relationship management, corporate sales, and financial advisory.
He currently serves as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of TeamCapital.Africa and General Manager of Midas Touch Assets Hub Ltd, where he provides strategic leadership in business growth, investment, and corporate development.
At PAGH, as Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Raphael is responsible for building the bridges between investors, governments, entrepreneurs, and strategic partners.
His belief is clear:
“Structure creates freedom. Partnerships create harvest.”
Unity Nosakhae Oseghe: The Banking Veteran Strengthening the Institution
For a bank built to transform finance, experience in banking is not optional. This is where Unity Nosakhae Oseghe brings invaluable expertise.
With more than 19 years in the banking industry, Unity is a seasoned financial executive whose career has spanned some of Nigeria’s leading financial institutions, including Industrial Merchant Bank, City Express Bank, GTBank, Standard Chartered Bank, Mainstreet Bank, and Keystone Bank.

Currently serving as Divisional Head, Abuja and North Central at Keystone Bank Limited, Unity has built a reputation for driving business growth, financial performance, customer acquisition, and institutional development.
During his time at GTBank, he played a major role in developing the bank’s retail banking operations in Abuja and North Central. At Mainstreet Bank, he served as Regional Manager overseeing banking operations across the region.
His leadership experience includes participation in critical management committees covering credit, appraisal, infrastructure, and quality management.
Beyond his banking career, Unity is a Certified National Accountant, UK Certified Public Accountant, and fellow of several professional institutions in finance, investment, risk management, and commerce.
As a Co-Founder of PAGH, Unity brings the institutional banking knowledge required to transform an ambitious vision into a trusted financial organization.
George Paul Wampana: Redefining Capital Through Shared Growth
At the centre of PAGH’s financial philosophy is George Paul Wampana, the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer.

A finance and governance specialist, George developed the institution’s harvest-participation model, a system designed to replace dependency with partnership.
Rather than creating financial pressure through interest-based lending, PAGH seeks to create a model where farmers, entrepreneurs, and investors share in sustainable growth.
His approach challenges conventional thinking about capital.
“Capital should cultivate, not enslave.”
Through governance, financial discipline, and innovation, George is helping shape a banking model where profitability and social impact can exist together.
David Oluwasegun Oke: The Builder of Strong Foundations
Every institution requires strong foundations, and David Oluwasegun Oke understands that principle deeply.

David builds institutions the way he was trained to build safety systems, with zero tolerance for weak foundations.
His career began in offshore safety and compliance, where a single operational failure could cost lives. As a NEBOSH-certified safety leader managing high-risk international operations, he learned that structure is never optional and empathy is never weakness.
He later brought this discipline into civil and site safety engineering, project monitoring, and business operations.
At LocalBuka, where he served as Head of Operations and Co-Founder, he created systems that allowed teams to execute with clarity and accountability. Through KD7 Global Dynasty Limited, he built a multi-sector enterprise spanning real estate, construction, hospitality, and logistics. Through Green Kabod International, he continues working to connect Nigerian farmers with markets that reward their efforts.
Today, as Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of PAGH, David applies that same discipline to building an institution founded on trust, efficiency, and accountability.
His leadership principle remains:
“Safety, structure, people, in that order.”
A New Chapter for African Finance
Together, the five founders represent a new approach to African institution-building.
One tells the story.
One creates the strategy.
One strengthens the banking foundation.
One protects the financial model.
One builds the operational engine.
Together, they are creating a financial institution designed not only to provide capital but to restore confidence in what African finance can become.
Pan African Global Hub aims to support farmers, entrepreneurs, and businesses across Africa and the Caribbean through interest-free funding, agricultural infrastructure, and inclusive economic opportunities.
Its long-term ambition includes empowering thousands of farmers, developing farm-to-market systems, and creating investment corridors that connect communities with global opportunities.
At a time when Africa’s challenges often dominate global conversations, PAGH presents a different narrative — one of innovation, ownership, and possibility.
A bank where farmers are partners.
A bank where entrepreneurs have access to opportunity.
A bank where capital serves people.
Built on one powerful philosophy:
Sow. Grow. Own.

Pan African Global Hub is not simply building a bank. It is building a new definition of wealth, one where Africa’s greatest harvest is the prosperity of its people.
