BBNaija’s Sabrina: I won’t marry a broke man, no matter how much I love him

Former Big Brother Naija “10/10” housemate Sabrina Idukpaye has said her income would be a determining factor in choosing a life partner, ruling out marrying a man who earns less than she does.

Speaking on a recent episode of The LOO Podcast, the reality TV star said her position stems from personal experience, arguing that relationships where a woman significantly out-earns her partner tend to face strain.

She said she still believes love can overcome many obstacles, but drew a line on marrying a man who earns less, unless the relationship had already begun before income became a factor. She added that such dynamics are often difficult for men to sustain and rarely make for healthy relationships.
